Kuso, Adekanmbi Lead Massive APM Thank-You Tour in Ibarapa East
The atmosphere in Ibarapa East Local Government Area of Oyo State came alive as the Chairmanship Aspirant of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), Hon. Alhaji Abdul Akeem Akintola Kuso, led a high-powered delegation of party leaders on a Thank-You Tour to appreciate members and supporters for their unwavering loyalty and commitment to the party.
The tour featured the APM governorship candidate, Hon. Bimbo Adekanmbi, his running mate, Engr. Muftau Open Salawu, as well as other party leaders and candidates contesting various elective positions across the state.
Thousands of enthusiastic supporters, party executives, women, youths, community leaders and stakeholders thronged the venue, turning the event into a celebration of unity, solidarity and renewed hope for the future of the party.
Speaking during the tour, Hon. Kuso expressed heartfelt appreciation to members for their sacrifices, dedication and continued confidence in the leadership of the APM. He said the overwhelming turnout demonstrated the growing popularity and acceptance of the party across Ibarapa East.
He urged members to remain focused, united and committed to the ideals of the party, noting that sustained grassroots mobilisation and peaceful participation would be crucial to achieving electoral victory in the 2027 general elections.
In his address, the APM governorship candidate, Hon. Bimbo Adekanmbi, reaffirmed the party’s commitment to delivering responsible leadership that prioritises infrastructure development, quality education, improved healthcare, youth empowerment, agricultural transformation and economic growth.
His running mate, Engr. Muftau Open Salawu, encouraged supporters not to relent in expanding the party’s membership, describing the Thank-You Tour as an important step towards strengthening the bond between the leadership and the grassroots.
The event also provided an opportunity for party members to interact directly with their leaders, discuss issues affecting their communities and reaffirm their determination to work collectively for the success of the APM in future elections.
