‎Governor Makinde Swears In New SSG, Professor Musibau Babatunde


‎Oyo State Governor, engineer Seyi Makinde, has sworn in the newly appointed Secretary to the state government, Professor Musibau Babatunde.

‎Governor Makinde sworn in the new SSG after he took the oath of office and allegiance, during a special event held at the Executive Chambers of the Governors office, state Secretariat Agodi Ibadan.

‎At the event, Governor Makinde noted that Professor Babatunde played a critical role in drafting his administration’s development roadmap, describing him as a key member of the team that laid the foundation for the government’s achievements.

‎He charged the new SSG to foster unity within the government team, urging all officials to avoid internal conflicts and distractions, and to remain focused on the mandate given by the people of Oyo State.

‎Speaking with newsmen immediately after the event the newly appointed SSG, Professor Musibau Babatunde, pledged to ensure efficient and effective service delivery through improved coordination of government activities.

‎Professor Babatunde also assured residents that the government would adopt a more coordinated approach to policy implementation, with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes that positively impact citizens.

‎Recall that Professor Musibau Babatunde was on January 5, announced as the new Secretary to the State Government (SSG), taking over from Professor Olanike Adeyemo.
