‎Ogun APC Support Groups Council Decorates Otunba Odufowokan As Patron, Commends Governor Abiodun for adequate welfare programmes

‎The All Progressives Congress (APC) support groups council, Ogun State on Thursday decorated Senior Special Assistant to the Ogun State governor on media and communication, Otunba Dare Odufowokan as Patron of the council in Ogun State.
‎
‎The State Coordinator of the council, Lekan Shobo Shobowale speaking at the governor office, Oke Mosan, Abeokuta, said Otunba Odufowokan was conferred with the Patron over his support for the council in the state, and growth of APC as a party.
‎
‎ Shobowale said the support groups council under the leadership of its Southwest Deputy Director-General, Hon Adewale Adeogun, is working tirelessly to deliver APC candidates from the Federal to the State level.
‎
‎He commended Odufokan for accepting the position and his readiness to work for the council as political campaign begins, adding that the group has as members, prominent political stakeholders in the state.
‎
‎ The state coordinator said the zonal structures across the state is being deepen to the grassroots to ensure total victory for the party and all its candidates.
‎
‎ In his response, Otunba Dare Odufowokan lauded the Ogun State governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun for his developmental strides and various Social Intervention Programme (SIP)
‎
‎ He said the programme has alleviated the living conditions of millions in the state irrespective of political affiliation.
‎
‎ Odufowokan noted that hundreds of households are already benefitting from the social intervention programme in the state, making life more meaningful for them.
‎
‎He added that the efforts has led to peace and stability in the various communities as they are not going to bed hungry.
‎
‎ The new patron commended the APC Support Groups Council in the state for finding him worthy to be conferred with position of Patron and pledge support for their activities.
