The APC Support Groups Council has disclosed its readiness to ensure victory for the All Progressives Congress (APC) during the August 16, 2026 Osun Governorship election.
The Deputy Director General, APC Support Groups Council in charge of Southwest, Hon Adewale Adeogun, made this disclosure during his visit to Osun State.
He commended the leadership of the council in Osun State for a good job they are doing notwithstanding various challenges confronting them and assured them of the support of the council in the Southwest.
He appealed to the leadership of the party in Osun to see the support group council as partners in progress and embrace them for total victory of the party gubernatorial candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, AMBO.
Adeogun added that members of the council in Ekiti State also did a marvellous job, which ensured the victory of APC in the last governorship election.
He pledged that the leadership of the council would be in Osun State until the day of the election, working underground for the party.
The Osun State Coordinator, Alhaji Wasiu Odubiyi, commended the Deputy Director-General for his leadership and mentorship in the council.
Odubiyi said the council in Osun State is poised to also help in galvanising support for the APC candidate in the August 16 election.
In his remark, the Oyo state coordinator, Hon Idris Bello, appreciated the leadership of APC Support Groups Council in the Southwest for quality representation of all support groups in the region.
Bello added that the council in Oyo State is ready to go all out and work for the victory of APC in Oyo State and that of Barrister Sarafa Abiodun Alli who is the candidate of the party in the 2027 election.
The coordinator, Ogun State chapter of the APC Suppprt Groups Council, Lekan Shobo Shobowale promised to harness all resources at the disposal of members and leadership of the council to ensure victory for its governorship candidate, Senator Solomon Adeola Olamilekan (Yayi).
The Deputy Director-General, Hon Adewale Adeogun, while in Osun State, inaugurated leadership of Tinubu National Think-Tank.
