Labour Party postpones congresses, sets up 45-member convention committee
The Labour Party (LP) has postponed its congresses and national convention, originally scheduled to commence on Thursday.
The announcement comes less than 24 hours after the party zoned its 2027 presidential ticket to the south.
Nenadi Usman, national chairperson of the LP faction, who made the disclosure in Abuja, declined to name any potential candidate, stating that the party would adhere to internal democratic processes.
