‎Oyo Government Launches Digital Land Survey Plan Registry to Modernise Oyo Land Administration

‎The Oyo State Government has launched the Digital Land Survey Plan Registry (DLSPR), a technology-driven platform designed to transform land administration through improved transparency, efficiency, and enhanced public service delivery.

‎The initiative, unveiled by the Commissioner for Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Honorable Akin-Funmilayo Williams, is aimed at modernising the registration, management, verification, and spatial analysis of survey plans across the state.

‎He described the launch as another major milestone in Governor Seyi Makinde’s digital governance agenda.

‎Williams said the Digital Land Survey Plan Registry would significantly improve the accuracy of land records, reduce processing time, eliminate manual bottlenecks, enhance transparency, and boost public confidence in the state’s land administration system.

‎According to him, the platform will also provide accurate and reliable geospatial information to support sustainable development, urban planning, and evidence-based policy decisions.
