Following Governor Makinde’s Lead, Natasha Akpoti Validates PDP Membership, Urges Youth Participation
Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan, senator representing Kogi Central, has validated her membership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), following the example set by Oyo State governor, Seyi Makinde.
She also urged Nigerians, especially young people and party supporters, to do the same by completing their registration in order to strengthen the party and deepen democratic participation.
The lawmaker disclosed this on her verified social media platforms, confirming that she had completed her membership validation through the PDP electronic registration portal.
Describing the PDP as Nigeria’s strongest opposition platform, she stressed the need for active involvement by members across the country.
“The domain for PDP e registration, pdpnigeria.org, is now secure,” she wrote. “I have validated my membership. Do yours too. Register now. It is simple and easy.”
She encouraged Nigerians, particularly youths, to take advantage of the digital registration process to formally identify with the party and contribute to shaping the country’s political future.
According to her, broad participation is essential to strengthening democratic opposition and ensuring accountability in governance.
The PDP recently introduced its electronic registration platform to make membership enrolment and validation easier for Nigerians at home and in the diaspora.
